Then: A strip of golden seashore on the east coast of India where Fort St. George now stands stands in isolated glory. - The residential sector shows a steady demand. The buyers being in the middle budget range, the suburbs are getting the preference over the other areas, because of the existing rates. Velachery seems to be the preferred area.
