Lease Management Services: We offer our services to help homeowners manage the process of lease renewals, tenants accruals and property handover
- Renewal/ Afresh lease upon completion of tenancy: 60 days prior to the lease expiry, coordinate with the tenant for the renewal process on behalf of landlord, or execute fresh lease proceedings incase of non renewal
- Rent Collections and Management: On behalf of landlord we arrange to collect all lease accruals from the tenant
- Monthly Property Inspection where the Property Officer would check for any damages in floor tiles, carpets, walls, wall paint (peel off), ceiling / POP. Damages would immediately be escalated to the Asset Manager in charge of the property for further action
- Bills and Vendor Management will involve coordinating with the landlord for the society maintenance charges, monthly utility charges and the property taxes to be paid
