- Arrange for Property disposition process: Upon confirmation from property owner we arrange to market and promote the property through online and offline media and solicit offers from prospective buyers
- E - Bidding: Upon confirmation of bidder / offeror participation, we provide complete telephonic support to online bidders (in the case of online bidding), formally end an auction by announcing the highest bid / offer and arrange to return the rejected EMD drafts to other bidders / offerors. We also assist with the pre/post disposition compliance and documentation
