Property Maintenance Services: Our Property Officer in charge of the upkeep of a property (while the property is vacant), will undertake the following activities:
- Monthly cleaning and up-keep of the property such as cleaning the rooms, windows, and toilets
- Minor electrical maintenance that would include inspecting switchboards, switch points, electrical appliances, electrical fittings and lights to ensure they are in working condition. Minor repairs if essential would also be carried out. A major breakdown would be immediately escalated to the Asset Manager in charge of the property for further action
- Minor plumbing maintenance to include checks for any water leaks in the sanitary fittings, proper functioning and water flow of all the faucets, WCs, etc. Minor repair of valves, faucets and other sanitary fittings too would be carried out. A major breakdown would be immediately escalated to the Asset Manager in charge of the property for further action
- Monthly Property Inspection where the Property Officer would check for any damages in floor tiles, carpets, walls, wall paint (peel off), ceiling / POP. Damages would immediately be escalated to the Asset Manager in charge of the property for further action
- Bills and Vendor Management will involve coordinating with the landlord for the society maintenance charges, monthly utility charges and the property taxes to be paid
