IIRE offers real estate courses and programs and other services such as real estate research. IIRE’s courses and programs are contemporary in methodology and offer hands on experience that is vital to excel in the marketplace. Currently, IIRE offers the following programs.

Time: The course is delivered in Modules. Each module has to be completed within 30 days from date and time of receipt of password and start of course. After each Module there will be a case study / test and a minimum passing grade of 65% is required to proceed to the next Module.

Outline: The course includes a case study / test after each Module and also a Final Exam and requires a minimum score of at least 75% to receive credit.

IIRE has also been accredited by National Association of Realtors®, U.S.A and to offer real estate certification programs in India. This gives you the unique opportunity of earning the REALTOR® designation (which is a trade mark of the NAR, USA) on completion of the Course - and network with Property Consultants across more than 50 countries world wide.

The goal of this course is to prepare real estate professionals to make and receive compensated referrals using the transnational referral system developed by the International Consortium of Realtors - ICREA. Students will learn how to integrate international referrals, resulting in increased income, into their business plans.

Part I of the course focuses on the skills needed for making and receiving referrals.

Part II focuses on the procedures involved in using the Transnational Referral System developed by ICREA.
